My road to massage therapy started when I was a child. My mom has been a practicing massage therapist for 30 years. Her commitment to helping people by relieving stress and pain was, and still is, inspirational to me. The importance of posture, stretching, body alignment and holistic health were things that I knew about from a very young age. I tried many paths before getting my massage therapy license.  I’ve been a teacher, a filmmaker, a bartender and a mom. I am an artist, a poet, and a local radio personality.

During the lockdown in 2020 it occured to me that so many people were isolated and not being touched. Humans need touch to feel happy and whole. I realized I wanted to help free people from pain and stress, so I enrolled in massage school. From the very beginning of my program I knew I was where I needed to be. I love this work.

I believe that by facilitating pain relief and ease of muscle tension through massage, I can help people to feel less anxious, sleep better, and feel ready to face  life’s challenges. As a lifelong yoga practitioner, I can teach my clients stretches and poses to maintain alignment, strengthen core and back muscles, and improve range of motion. Whether you are an athlete, a mom to be, a desk jockey or all of the above, I can help you get your body back on track and your spirit restored.
